When it comes to shipping, most people want their items shipped fast and at a good rate.  So here at Minnesota Candle Co. we make shipping simple.  We charge a flat rate of $9.98 for the first item, and only $1.49 more for each additional item. We ship through USPS, and all orders usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.  Simple, inexpensive and easy to understand.  That’s how we like to do things around here.  🙂 BACK ORDERS: As a common courtesy, we like to get the products you ordered shipped out to you as fast as we can. Unfortunately there will be times that the item(s) you want are on back order.  Since we make our candles in small batches, we may not have finished candles in stock, ready and available to be shipped to you.  It can take up to a week for us to get a new batch of candles made and ready to be shipped.  Please be patient with us if you order a product that is on back order.  We will get your candles shipped out to you as soon as we can and let you know when you can expect them.  Thank you! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product your ordered from us, please contact us immediately.  We’ll give you full instructions on how to return the product you are unhappy with, and gladly issue you a full refund.  Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
